I am a first-year graduate student within the occupational therapy program with intentions of pursing a PhD in occupational science. I received my bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016. I became interested in working with children who have developmental disabilities as I grew up with a sibling who has a disability which positively impacted my life. I am excited to continue studying within the Motor, Brain, and Development Lab to gain knowledge on how motor development in ASD can inform research on aspects of occupational performance. When I am not in lab I enjoy cooking, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on the badgers!
