Hi, my name is Robyn Geist and I am a first year occupational therapy student at UW-Madison. In December 2014, I received my bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation psychology with a certificate in global health from UW-Madison. A few of my hobbies include traveling, trying new restaurants, lake activities, yoga and spending time at the Terrace. I currently work for WI Early Autism Project as a line therapist for children with autism. I’ve had continual learning experiences working with children and adolescents with autism, so I am excited to be a part of Travers lab and learn more about how autism affects the brain and motor function in development. As a future OT, I am excited to learn about the various interventions that target motor ability and their effects on daily functioning.
